Farah is your pre-approval and production manager and will likely be your second point of contact. She’ll help you through the pre-approval process and assist you in uploading financial documents to our secure online portal. If digital documentation is not your thing, Farah will help coordinate an alternative & secure way to receive your financial documentation. As Production Manager, Farah is responsible for gathering and reviewing financial documents and overseeing your entire transaction. With over 27 years of mortgage, real estate, and title experience she is your go-to for all questions relating to the loan process.

Glenn is your loan coordinator and will likely be your second point of contact. He’ll help you with signing disclosures and ensuring your file is submitted to processing with everything needed for a smooth and easy closing. Glenn has lived in Boulder for 15 years and hails from Massachusetts. After a career in experiential education guiding trips across the globe, Glenn discovered another passion he’s followed since 2009 with his career in sales and mortgage financing. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find Glenn visiting with family, playing tennis, or outside soaking in the sun.

Once your loan moves past the pre qualification stage, Beth is tasked with overseeing the processing of your transaction from start to finish with the highest level of customer service. She has extensive processing experience and ensures all parties involved with the transaction are up to date with loan contingencies or lock commitment.
All of our supporting processors each have over 20 years experience and are very important to your transaction. They work hard as the liaisons between you and underwriting by preparing a complete loan package for submission and communicating items needed for approval. They also provide weekly updates to all parties associated with the transaction to facilitate the loan process.
