About Brian Manning
Not many people associate “fun, easy, and painless” with “home loans.” If you don’t, you’re missing out! The process doesn’t need to be complicated or lengthy. It needs to do one thing: help you reach your goals, efficiently and effectively. I’m Brian Manning and I’m here to make sure of that.
My career as a mortgage professional began in 1998. Since then, I have become an expert in helping clients strengthen their financial situation through the mortgage process, whether buying a first home, looking to refinance, or investing in real estate.
After 24 years, l’m still hooked on the magic of seeing clients’ dreams come true. I’ve closed over 4,000 loans, exceeding 1 billion dollars in value, and l’m in the top 1% of mortgage originators (2015 – present, Mortgage Executive Magazine). Returning to what matters most, my clients are raving – our Google ranking sits at five stars with almost 300 reviews! Last year, 37% of my business was repeat clients, coming back for the same seamless, down-to-earth, responsive service they appreciated the first time. In and out of the office, I embrace curiosity, passion, and zest for life.
